ORDERING & PURCHASING
When you are shopping and add an item, it is placed in your shopping bag. The shopping bag holds products you wish to purchase while you shop. Items remain there until they are purchased or removed.
If you try to purchase more than what we have in stock the add to the “shopping bag” option will not be available.
Once a product is sold out it disappears from the site.
When you are ready to purchase proceed to your shopping bag where all your items will be waiting.
Make sure you check the quantity of each item you are wanting to purchase as well as the Australian Dollar and converted prices.
If you decide not to purchase an item click on the “remove” next to the item you are wanting to put back into the store. This will automatically remove it from your counter.
The initial purchasing screen will show you your total cost for the items BEFORE shipping is added.
At this point you have the option to have the item gift wrapped.
Once you have selected your items click “Proceed with Checkout” where shipping costs will be added.
Your transaction will not be processed if you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions on this site.
Billing and Shipping
It is imperative that you complete all fields of both Billing and Shipping details. Please ensure that your phone number is correct in case we need to contact you re delivery of your items.
Once you receive your confirmation number you cannot change delivery details.
Payment Options
You can pay for your desodero purchase by Credit Card:

For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We have the right to cancel any order that does not match this criteria.
Direct Deposit & Personal Cheques
All items purchased by direct deposit or cheque’s must have full payment clearance prior to goods been shipped.

GST & TAXES
All Australian delivered purchases incur the Government standard GST tax rates.
All International purchases are exempt from Australian taxes, however will incur import taxes upon receiving goods by the final destination.
CURRENCY CONVERTER
We are excited to offer you the chance to purchase desodero around the world.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) however there is an easy use Currency Converter that has been built into the site that allows you to convert the price into your chosen currency.
All transactions are settled in Australian Dollars (AUD). The conversion rate varies from day to day with the current exchange rate. Many banks also charge a small currency conversion fee, contact your bank or credit provider for details. The final charge to your card is made in Australian Dollars and the ultimate conversion rate is determined by your bank or credit provider.
YOUR ORDER
Order Status
Once you have placed your order you will receive an email confirming your order. This email includes your order number and must be kept as a record of your transaction.
Delivery
Delivery of your items can take anywhere between 3 – 14 working days, depending on your location. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays within Australia. To read more about delivery times and shipping costs, please read on below.
When your order is delivered you should immediately inspect the bag/carton for any potential damage that may have occurred during shipment. Carefully inspect the [packaging as well as the contents of the package. It is normal for the bag/carton to show some wear. However, if damage did occur follow these steps:
• Accept the package, but please make note on the shipping receipt, sign and date it.
• Contact our sales team immediately at sales@desodero.com Please have your order number available when you call.

Delivery Times
Please allow 3-10 working days for your order to arrive on your door step within Australia and New Zealand.
Please allow 7-14 working days for your order to arrive on your door step for all international orders.
Changing or Cancelling your Order
After you have clicked “Process Payment” your order begins to process and you cannot make any online changes to your order. Our system is designed to fill orders and get them sent to you as soon as possible.
Once you have received your order in the mail, simply return any items you do not want by following our Return Instructions.
Please note: Items purchased on www.desodero.com may only be returned to head office.
RETURNS POLICY
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and fit, if any reason dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with an exchange or credit note.
Please select carefully as we do not refund.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must notify desodero by email sales@desodero.com and obtain “Return ID number”. Alternatively please call desodero’s sales support Monday-Friday between 9.00am – 5.30pm (Australian Eastern Standard Time) on : +406 536 602
All products must be returned in the original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached and with a copy of the original invoice and returns form.
Items that do not have all original tags are not eligible for return.
Items returned within seven working days of purchase date will be exchanged to any other items chosen by the customer or exchanged for an online credit note to use within three months.
The original shipping charges are not refundable and if you are exchanging to an alternative item, a shipping charge will be applied according to the item chosen.
Amounts exceeding the exchange price must be paid for in full at time of exchange. Amounts lesser than the exchange value, will be issued in form of a credit note and may be used towards a future purchase.
Please send your item to us including the returns form using a prepaid & traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. Desodero does not take responsibility for returned but not received items.

If an incorrect item has been shipped, desodero will waive exchanged shipping charges.
PACKAGING
Each individual desodero purchase will be wrapped in tissue paper.
GIFT WRAPPING
Desodero offer a gift wrapping service.
Each item will be wrapped beautifully in tissue paper and placed in a gift box. Unfortunately, if you have purchased more than one item we cannot wrap or deliver individually.
